生産ラインの特徴と機能

YFシリーズPVC異型材生産ラインは主にPVCドア窓型材、幅広ドア板、窓台板押出に用いられる。この生産ラインは異なる形材の断面と金型に基づいて、異なる規格の平行（円錐形）二軸押出機を選択し、そして相応の真空定型台、牽引機、切断機、フリッププラットフォームなどの補助設備を配置することができる。

主な押出量は、毎時60〜700 kgの間で任意にすることができる。牽引機は当社の独特な昇降技術を採用し、作業は安定しており、信頼性がよく、牽引力が大きい。真空定には、高速押出の必要性を満たすために、穴流冷却システムを特別に拡大したタイプを採用している。切断機の移動速度は牽引速度と同期しており、すべて輸入PLC電気制御を採用し、設計が合理的で、運転が安定して切断され、粉塵回収装置を装備している。異なる研削具に応じて、定型台は4メートル、6メートル、8メートル、11メートルなどの規格を選択することができる。平行二軸リブ押出機を配置し、特に形材の高速押出に適している。
