気道中の気体の流量を調整する一方向型流量制御弁、気流が正方向に流れるときはスロットル、逆方向に流れるときはスロットルせず、気筒などの実行要素の一方向運動速度を変更する。
The one-way flow control valve is used for regulating air flow in gas-line, it conducts throtting function when air-flow flows in forward direction,
the throtting function doesn＇t work when reversal flowing, which changes the one-way motion speed of cylinder and other execution component
etc.
